CONSTRUCTION PIESCHKE, INC. SIGNS LEASE AGREEMENT AT
PONTIAC INDUSTRIAL REGIONAL PARK

PORTAGE DU FORT, QC, Dec.. 1, 2011. . .Green Investment Group, Inc. (GIGI), and its SSPM Affiliates, today announced its third tenant to the Pontiac Industrial Regional Park in Portage du Fort, Quebec. Construction Pieschke, Inc., a residential and commercial builder with headquarters in Shawville, Quebec, has signed a lease agreement with GIGI to rent property on site for a 10-year term with the option to renew or purchase.

As part of the agreement, Construction Pieschke, Inc. is occupying one of GIGI’s existing buildings for its workshop. The company currently handles a portion of on-site maintenance work for GIGI. Now located on site, Construction Pieschke, Inc. provides a proximity service to existing tenants and has already begun doing maintenance work for Trebio. As more companies locate at the Pontiac Industrial Regional Park and the need for construction services increases, Construction Pieschke, Inc. will have the opportunity to expand its services to other companies and bid on any larger construction projects.

Ray Stillwell, president of Green Investment Group, Inc., states, “Construction Pieschke, Inc. is a great addition to the Pontiac Industrial Regional Park. The company’s professional services are useful not just to GIGI, but to all of our existing and prospective tenants. As the Park continues to grow, hopefully Construction Pieschke, Inc. will be able to expand its business and ultimately bring additional employment opportunities to the area. The agreement is a win-win situation for all.”

Construction Pieschke, Inc. will sustain two jobs on site and plans to expand as more business comes to the company. To date, GIGI’s redevelopment efforts at the site have resulted in more than 200 new jobs for the region. With eleven letters of intent in hand from various companies interested in locating on site, GIGI anticipates in the next six months recovering nearly all of the jobs lost when the plant closed its doors in October 2008.

GIGI recently declared the Pontiac Industrial Regional Park its official Canadian headquarters, a move representing the company’s long-term commitment to redeveloping the site and bringing jobs to the region.

Stillwell added, “We have had nothing but a positive experience in the Pontiac and look forward to furthering our commitment to bringing sustainable industries to the region that will provide quality jobs for area residents.”
